Going from this to this: 1. Open your image. [Well DUH!] Layer >> Duplicate Layer then go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur. Set the radius to about 2-4. Then set the blend mode to Overlay or Softlight. It may be to bright, but thats okay ^^- We'll fix that up later x3 2. Duplicate your base [the none gaussian blurred one] set it on top and put the blend mode on Mutiply with 50% Opacity. 3. Now go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance. Play around with the settings to your liking. My settings can be found here. So far, mine looks like this: You can stop there if your happy with your result already. But I wanted more x3 But this could get a little confusing ^^;; 4. Make a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E or Select >> All [Ctrl + A], then go to Edit >> Copy Merged then go to Edit >> Paste [Ctrl + V]. Then duplicate that layer. On the first layer Desaturate it [Ctrl + Shift + U or Image >> Adjustments >> Desaturate]. Leave it at Normal. Or you can change it if you'd like :3 Now go to the copy of that and set it to Overlay. You can lower the opactiy if you like, but I left mine on 100%. Then add this brush by me for the border and voila~ Your done! Very short and simple tutorial was it not?
